Manual Back spot facing system

Our manual back spot facing system is a modular system where we have divided the system into 5 different groups. In order to put a system together, you only need to combine it within the same group. Example: Holders in group 6 can be combined with cutters from group 6. This enables us to offer solutions up to 4,3 times the entry hole diameter which is unique on the market.

Depending on the application and material, we have different types of cutters:

• U – HSS Cutter for shallow depth of cut. Normally up to 2-3 mm
• UD – HSS cutter for deep depth of cut.
• UH – Brazed carbide cutter for shallow depth of cut. Normally up to 2-3mm
• UDH – Brazed carbide cutter for deep depth of cut.

Our holders are available with Weldon shank or Morse taper shank, depending on your machine and application.
