STRAIGHTENING LINE, KRH
KRH is a straightening rolling mill with three pairs of crossed hyperbolic rolls. It is intended for straightening of tubes or elements where the customer wants perfect straightness since it meets very high demands on straightness and roundness.
It is normally placed after a straightening device of type KRO or the simpler bending straightener, and it can be used in line with the KOW welding mill or after a KOR rolling mill.
The line consists of:
– feeding device
– straightener with three pairs of hyperbolic rolls
– receiving table
The machine is controlled by PLC.
KRH takes out any deflection of annealed elements producing a good straightness, so it is possible to feed them on automatic operating machines.
The system is composed by two sets of rolls, which one is adjustable according the tube diameter. The rolls are also orient able to increase or decrease the straightness operation.
The device is also suggested to work with AISI tube for armoured resistors.
If used as stand-alone application it is necessary to apply before and after it a tunnel guide for containing the elements when rotating.
Features/benefits
The machine is complete of: rolls made of hardened steel
Exclusions: Electrical board with frequency converter.
