PILGER DIE GRINDING CNC MACHINE 650 XB

The 650XB is our most delivered model and among the key features is the ability to perform deep grinding on soft blanks. This means there is no need to manufacture or buy pre-milled die blanks as the machine carries out the whole process. It is equipped with automatic grinding wheel dressing cycle including automatic compensation for wheel diameter and cutting speed. It is the given choice for unmanned operation due to the automatic wheel dressing and groove measuring enabling grinding round the clock.

The grinding scheme creates dies in a class of its own given the Controlled Natural Parabolic Side Relief (CNPSR) applied by Granlund since over five decades.
